If Samsung is using 10mpx on the new a WB2000 with the same WB1000 lens 24-120mm f/2.8-5.8 it could be the new Sony CMOS Exmor R or if its sensor is a CCD it just could be the Sony 10mpx 1/1.72" CCD sensor on S90 or G11, it would be the Samsung "S90 or a LX3". For that price of $500 and AMOLED it just can be a advance compact camera and surely will come with RAW format. That has more information that we think.
