Following rumor is coming from a new k-rumors source. I had some small talk with him and he told me following big news:

“Samsung will announce together NX the new GX system, a mirrorless fullframe system, but it will be release the next year.
Same K mount and lens-film distance, with new obturator system (no electronic shutter), EVF, autofocus system, fullframe sensor and lenses.
A system completely electronic with new design lenses.
Samsung will abandon definitively the reflex cameras and won´t buy Pentax.”

This is not the first time we hear about Samsung going fullframe with their GX series. In July we posted this rumor (source is XIAN from pentaxforums):

“A very strong rumor is about DSLR Samsung GX series and I am not sure, but is probably Samsung take this series only to fullframe sensor and not yet because Samsung will need fullframe lenses, but it is only a rumor.“
