Google search trends. A Pentax K7 vs Nikon D300s vs Canon 7D comparison

Hi!

Not many news today that’s why I have taken a look at Google trends. I want know how many users are seacrhing for the Pentax K-7 and compared the results with the Nikon D300s and Canon 7d.

I nticed that People are using two search terms for the Pentax camera “Pentax K-7″ and “Pentax K7″. If you sum both results the people searching for the Pentax camera are almost the same ammount as the people searching for the Nikon D300s. To me that’s an unexpected good result for Pentax if you consider that Nikon has a worlwide DSLR marketshare of over 30%. Pentax just has 4-5%!

It follows the diagramm with Canon 7D included:

The canon 7D clearly surclasses the Nikon 300s and Pentax K7 camera in terms of search traffic.
