DxOmark tested the new Pentax K-5 and the results are astonishing! Not only the K-5 is better than the Sony A55 (which uses the same Sony 16 megapixel sensor) it also performs better than the Canon 5DmarkII fullframe camera! In particular the K-5 shows an impressive 14 stop dynamic range (the 5D has 12 stops).
